How Huckleberry ingests, normalizes, and analyzes utility bills.
The Utility Billing section gives you a clear, organized view of all your utility costs and consumption. It automatically brings in your monthly bills so you don't have to chase data from multiple providers, then makes that information easy to search, compare, and use in reports.
How Your Data Gets In
Huckleberry can pull utility information automatically from supported providers (including Arcadia). It also supports manual entry when needed and works with other data sources your team may already use.
Once bills are in the system, they are organized so you can easily see costs and usage by site, meter, service type (electric, gas, water, etc.), and time period.
What You Can Do
- Search and filter your invoices by date, location, or service type.
- Spot unusual bills quickly — the system highlights potential anomalies.
- Export data to Excel or PDF for further analysis or sharing.
- Use the clean data to power cost trends, rankings, and savings calculations across your portfolio.
- Generate branded sustainability reports (carbon and water) that include utility information.
