The Controls module brings real-time and historical equipment data into the platform alongside utility bills, so cost, consumption, and operational performance can be analyzed together.
What it covers
- Connectivity — supported protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Niagara, Skyspark, MQTT) and how data is mapped into the Huckleberry schema.
- Equipment monitoring — live meter and equipment readings, with fault detection and alerting.
- Performance tracking — equipment-level KPIs, heat maps, and maintenance signal generation.
- Integrations — how the controls layer pairs with Utility Billing for cause-and-effect analysis.
